Return Policy

We want you and your little one to be happy with every order. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

For change-of-mind returns, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, feeding items and opened toy packaging cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method (or as store credit, where applicable) once the returned item is received and inspected. Since orders are coordinated manually via WhatsApp, refund timelines are confirmed with you directly.

Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
